After the success with my last attempt at tartlets, I decided to try another variant. This time I wanted to try a lemon tartlet.

I started with a can of crescent roll doll and lemon pie filling.

  
I opened each and went to work creating each tartlets. 

  
I added the pie filling to the inside of a section of the crescent and closed the tops.

  
I sprinkled them with powdered sugar and baked them according to the directions on the crescent roll packaging.

  
The end result was a delicious tartlet that tasted just like a mini lemon pie.
